Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds (Friday-Friday), based on 4/6 sharing. 5/7th person an additional £75. Additional days are charged pro rata. There can, occasionally, be some flexibility with changeover day with days going into the following week also charged pro rata. Now booking for 2009.

Changeover day
Friday changeover. Arrival after 2pm, departure by 10am.(Late flights are catered for where possible, with the additional day charged pro rata. Please ask.) Changeover on other days, when available, charged pro-rata.

Casa Antonio (Sleeps 4/5)

Bedroom 1 has a small sitting area, an enormous super-king size bed and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and French windows with stunning views over the long, private terrace to gardens, beach and beyond to Santo Tomas and Majorca. Both bedrooms are very large and will take an extra bed. There is a family bathroom with a double length shower and a vanitory unit. The fully tiled kitchen has plenty of worktops,gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. This also has stunning views over the terrace to the beach. As the apartment is in beautiful gardens away from the road, and the terrace has a lockable gate, it is completely safe for young children. Sit and watch the sun set over Majorca and Santo Tomas. It would be hard to find an apartment with a larger terrace or offering such privacy. The sitting/dining room has stunning views, comfortable armchairs, sofa, dining table, a new flat screen television and DVD player.

Gaviota Solitaria (Sleeps 4/5)

There are two bedrooms. One has a king size bed with a sprung mattress and down pillows and the other full size, comfortable twin beds, also with down pillows. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes and French windows with stunning views overlooking the terrace and down to Son Bou beach and beyond to Majorca and Santo Tomas. Sit in bed and enjoy this spectacular view. There is a large, luxury, fully tiled bathroom with double length walk in shower. The comfortable sitting/dining room has satellite television and direct access onto the very long, large, completely private, south facing terrace. Families love the privacy and stunning views afforded by this wonderful terrace, many returning year after year. Sit and watch the glorious sun sets over Majorca and Santo Tomas. There is a modern, fully tiled, attractive kitchen with granite work tops, halogen hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is also a washing machine. This apartment is equipped as a family home.

La Llave Perdida (Sleeps 4/5)

The main bedroom has a king size bed with a sprung mattress. It has floor to ceiling built-in cupboards. The second has full sized, comfortable twin beds, built-in cupboards and French doors onto a private terrace with seating for two. The luxury bathroom is fully tiled with a double length walk in shower. There is a large, comfortably and thoughtfully furnished sitting/dining room with satellite television, 2 sofas, circular pine dining table and chairs. This has direct access onto the large, south facing terrace set in the wonderfully colourful and well maintained gardens. There is a separate, newly renovated, fully tiled kitchen with granite work tops, a microwave, halogen hob, fan oven and a large fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine. Its position in the Alta Mar gardens, away from the road and close to the toddlers' pool, makes this property very suitable for families with young children. The folding bed is suitable for a child up to about eleven years of age.

La Jardinera Impostora (Sleeps 4/7)

The main bedroom is very large with a super-king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and its own small sitting area. The second bedroom is also very large with a king size bed and French windows on to the terrace with stunning sea views. Inter-communicating with this room and also with the sitting room is a large, separate internal area with two full size and one slightly smaller twin beds. From this is a second bathroom with a whirlpool bath large enough for two. There is a third family bathroom. The spacious sitting/dining room has a Satellite television and leads via glazed doors directly on to the vast terrace, with its stunning views down to the beach and beyond, to Majorca and Santo Tomas. The separate, well equipped modern kitchen has a range of fitted cupboards, double stainless steel sink, gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The enormous, private terrace has a gas BBQ. The lockable gate makes it safe for young children.

Notes on accommodation
Towels and linen are included. The properties are thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. Fresh linen is delivered at the end of each week. Please bring your own beach towels. Oil filled radiators and electric blankets are available for early spring and autumn. If necessary the small sitting area, which is separated by a curtained arch from the main bedroom, could take a folding bed suitable for a young child.
The position of these apartments in the colourful Alta Mar gardens, away from the road, make them particularly suitable for families with young children.

Outside
There is a very large, shared pool and large private, south facing terraces with plenty of good quality garden furniture and sun awnings.

Coast/Beach
Son Bou beach is over 3km in length and is fine, white sand. A wealth of activities makes this a very popular holiday destination for families. Although less than a 10 minute walk, a car is recommended.

Travel
Approx 20 minutes by car from Mahon Airport.

Distances
Son Bou is 6 kilometres from Alaior, the nearest town.

Son Bou is very popular with families and has activities for all ages, pedaloes, a water park, a children's maze,shops, supermarkets, a wide selection of restaurants, evening indoor and outdoor entertainment, also, a new bowling alley. The coastal walk to Santo Thomas takes approximately 1 hour and to Cala Galdana about 3.

Booking notes
30%, non-refundable, deposit within 7 days of receiving details. Balance 9 weeks prior to departure. It is recommended that appropriate insurance is arranged to cover cancellation.
In case of cancellation where insurance has not been arranged, if: the property is re-let all monies paid, less deposit, will be refunded the property is not re-let all sums paid will be forfeited.
