Our home-from-home apartment has everything you could wish for to make your holiday a memorable one. The apartment is situated close to many restaurants, bars shops etc. It is a pleasant walk into the old town of Mahon either along the port (careful, lots and bars this way) or up the stairs behind the pool. Because of its location it is not necessary to hire a car unless you wish to explore more of the beautiful island.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A cot and highchair can be hired if required. Discount for long winter lets.

Preferred changeover day Friday or Saturday with arrival after 3.00pm and departure before 10.00am

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has two extra long single beds, both rooms overlook to balcony and pool.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds. All rooms have fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Bathrooms: Bathroom 1 has large vanity unit with door leading to toilet, bidet and bath with shower over.
Bathroom 2 has large sink, toilet and bath with shower over.
Kitchen: The fully fitted pine kitchen has table and chairs, built in electric oven with grill, gas hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and double sink. It is fully stocked with all the usual kitchen items, ie pots, pans and crockery.
Utility Room: Leading from the kitchen is a small utility area with sink and automatic washing machine/tumble dryer.
Living Rooms: The spacious comfortable lounge/dining room has two large sofas and dining table with 6 chairs. There is a TV, video and CD players. There are three bookcases filled with a large variety of books and games.
Other: The apartment benefits from a sunny atrium which leads from the kitchen.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The apartment will be cleaned before arrival with a weekly clean and change of linen for longer rentals. A midweek maid service can be arranged if required at an extra charge. A welcome pack can also be arranged if required.

The small well cared for apartment block has a swimming pool with plenty of loungers and umbrellas etc. and also a private car park.

Coast/Beach
Mahon is only a short drive to many beautiful beaches the closest being Es Grau about 10 minutes away.
From the port you can take a variety of boat trips around the historical port and further afield.

Golf
Menorca is proud of its golf course at Son Parc which is about a 20 minutes drive away.

Travel
Mahon airport is less than 15 minutes from the apartment.
The local buses stop near the apartment.

Further details
Menorca boasts many sporting activities. Apart from the obvious water sports there are active cricket and rugby clubs who welcome visitors throughout the year.

A 25% deposit secures the booking with the balance due 2 months prior to departure.
