The living/dining room has leather sofas and chairs. Living room 1 has a 42 inch widescreen TV with DVD, Sky package, surround sound system and CD music system.
Living room 2 doubles with bedroom 4 has a 24 inch TV with DVD. |

Bedroom 6 is a family room with patio windows and lovely views. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned once per week - the towels and linen are also changed. Maid service is available on request at extra cost. |
Notes on accommodation
All rooms have air-conditioning / heating and dehumidifier units. All rooms are fully suitable for children. There is also a selection of DVD's for holiday makers to watch. There is a Safe. On request a high chair, cot can be supplied for small children.
Child Safety: The villa is suitable for children of all ages but as parents ourselves supervision inside and outside the villa is a must especially around the pool area.

The property has a 9m x 5m private swimming pool, heating is an optional extra. The terraces and pool area have tables chairs and sun loungers. It has a patio area near and around the pool area, ideal for BBQs.
Coast/Beach
Safe sandy bay with restaurants 5 minutes drive.
Golf
Son Parc golf course 14-18 hole, 10 mins away by car.
Travel
Mahon airport 25 minutes drive.
Distances
Mahon is 20/25 minutes drive. The fishing village of Fornells is a 15/20 minute drive and offers a good variety of restaurants and water sports.
Further details
Local shops and restaurants are 8 minutes walk. The Port of Addaya is within a walking distance from the villa.
Booking notes
A 25% non-returnable deposit will be required, the remaining balance will be due 6 weeks before departure.

"Our perfect day in the villa. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace in the sunshine looking at the seaview in the peace and quiet. Playing a round of golf coming back to the bar in Addaya for a nice quiet pint, lunch around the pool, siesta, afternoon walk along the river, champagne cocktails on the rear upstairs terrace watching the sunset listening to the birds and watching the fish in the river."
