To book the villa we ask for 30% to confirm the booking and the remaining 20% will be asked in the New Year. This is opposed to the 50% we would normally ask. Flexibility to suit you.
Changeover day
Changeover day will be mainly Saturday although this can sometimes be flexible.

Shared beautiful pool, with separate shallow area and deep area, it never gets to busy and it is entirely private to the building. 15 metres long and 8 metres wide.
Coast/Beach
Three minutes walking from Talamanca beach which is very long, quite busy, with good local restaurant bars and chillout areas. Two minutes walking from Paseo maritimo coast.
Golf
Ten minutes drive from golf course situated in the Roca Llisa area.
Travel
Nothing will be too far, 1 minute drive from town centre and nightlife or 10 minutes walk from it. It is a must see area that we strongly recommend. Ibiza centre is just there with all its shops, bars and cosmopolitan life. You can easily avoid to rent a car if you don't mind walking a bit.

Booking notes
You need to send 50% of the entire rental price to book the villa, the remaining 50% is to be paid 6/8 weeks prior to your arrival. Should you book the villa within a a two month period of your arrival we may ask for the full amount at the time of booking.
Security deposit of 500 Euros (or your chosen currency) is also required in case of damages and/or breakages refundable when property will be inspected. This will be returned on your departure, we cannot accept a credit card for the deposit.
