Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds. A discount of £75 is applicable if you book for the following second week. As we are flexible on changeover days odd durations are available on request. Long winter lets may be available on request.
Changeover day
As and when required but we do have to stress that the apartment would be ready for 2pm on arrival and has to be vacated by 10am (but may be flexible if the apartment is empty).

Notes on accommodation
A very friendly safe environment for children of all ages, a bolted gate at the top of the stairs, children's pool area, showers around pools and a shaded patio area. Cot and High-chair available to hire on request.
Accessibility
There are 12 steps leading up to the apartment.
Outside
Very well kept landscaped areas with tropical flowers and palm trees with a pine forest surrounding the complex. 1 large terrace table with 6 chairs. 3 swimming pools all shared (1 full length pool, 1 large family pool with shallow area for young children, 1 smaller deep pool). 4 sunbeds, 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and base.
Coast/Beach
A 15-20 min walk to the Son Parc beach or a 5 minute drive. The clean white sandy beach stretches around a bay with a restaurant/bar and lifeguards. There are pedaloes, canoes etc and sunbeds for hire. The beach is very safe for children with shallow waters. We can provide a Welcome Pack on arrival (consisting of milk, bread, bottled water, spread, teabags, coffee) at an extra cost of £10.
Golf
A well maintained public golf course (now 18 holes recently upgraded and designed by Dave Thomas (ex Ryder Cup Player) who also designed courses including the Belfry and San Roque. A driving range with swingcam, putting green, pitching green, 20% discount off golf fees, hire of golf clubs and golf buggies etc. All guests including children are welcome in the golf club and restaurant. Special interest holidays
Fornells is only 10 mins drive away with good selection of restaurants and shops with a day/night market and is particularly well known as a sailing resort with harbour - good for all water sports including; diving, sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing.
Travel
Mahon airport is approx a 20 minute leisurely drive to the apartment (approx 40 Euros for taxi x4 people). Car hire is recommended, especially if you want to explore the Island and try out the many restaurants available.
Distances
The two main towns on the Island are Mahon and Cuitadella both within a 25 min drive from the apartment.
Further details
An information folder is available at the apartment. Hire of a travel cot and high chair can be arranged if required at a minimal cost. A mosquito blind is fitted to the second bedroom so please be careful when opening/closing the shutters.
Booking notes
Deposit of £100 per week on booking. Balance of payment is required 6 weeks prior to departure. When your balance payment is received we will send you the directions to the property from Mahon airport plus key details. A security deposit of £75 to be paid by separate cheque sent with the balance payment against loss or damage (this will not be banked and if everything is ok it will be refunded 10 days after departure).
