Our villa is situated in the private residential area of Son Parc at the end of a cul-de-sac. The property sits on a plot of over 800 sq.m. comprising of private gardens, a large pool and a surrounding area which includes a brick built barbeque and outside shower. There are 4 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a family bathroom. On the first floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and large lounge which leads out onto a spacious balcony with outside seating overlooking Monte Torro. The villa is within walking distance of the golf course, beach, restaurants and shops.

Outside
There is a covered balcony on the first floor. On the ground floor there is also a large 2 tier terrace, part of which is undercover. In front of the swimming pool there is a private garden area. Patio furniture includes 8 sunloungers, 8 chairs and a large table with parasol. There is also a brick built barbeque and outside shower.
Coast/Beach
Son Parc beach is only 10-15 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by car. There is also a large car park. As you walk onto the beach there is a bar and restaurant. The beach is ideal for families with young children as the sea is very shallow. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards, has sun beds and parasols, pedalos and canoes for hire.
Golf
Golf Son Parc is a championship quality course, designed by David Thomas Golf Ltd. David is the ex-Ryder Cup player and designer of many top courses worldwide, including the Belfry and San Roque on the Costa Del Sol. The course is ideal for beginners and experienced golfers alike. Offering a challenging and picturesque round of golf, the course is surrounded by wooded hills and protected wet zone with a variety of bird life, including it's resident peacocks. The course is currently 14-holes with the final four holes opening July 2006.
Travel
The airport is only 20 minutes drive from Son Parc. There are local bus services to both Mahon and Fornells daily except Sunday. Car hire is not essential, but we would recommend it if you want to see more of this beautiful island.
Distances
Son Parc is ideally situated in the middle of the north coast. It is only 10 minutes drive to both Mercadel and Fornells, 20 minutes from Mahon and 30 minutes from Ciutadella.
Booking notes
Please confirm with owner regarding availability. 20% deposit at time of booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. £200.00 breakage deposit to be paid with balance. Refunded within two weeks of return.
