Coast/Beach
There are many posibilities to enjoy beaches, a car is needed in all cases. The beach of strenc offers a fantastic caribean style transparent waters and white sand, famous for its long size. Also nearby different "calas" from Cala Figuera, Cala mondrago, porto petro, Cala Dór, Cala Sanau and many others.
Golf
Golfing is available at only 15 min away, at Vall Dór golf course, and of course the island has many other golf courses not too far.
Special interest holidays
Nearby marina de Cala d'or, chartering available, sailing and different water sports like diving, water skii, etc. In the fisherman natural harbour of Porto Colom you will find the most atrative dining in fromt of the sea, in a idilic setting. And if you like the interior villages and restaurants with charming little "patios" where dining becomes a wonderful experience. Freeway to main city of Palma, around 30 minutes away.Palma has many museums of interest and high brands shopping possibilities.
Travel
Hired car is essential and the house is situated at 30 min away from Airport and 15 min of all interesting beaches and villages. And only 2 min away from village of Santanyi with its traditional markets two days a week.
Distances
2 min to Santanyi, 10 min to Cala d'or which is the more touristic area nearby.
