Located within a quiet residential area in Cala Egos, the villa has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms and is a few minutes walk from the beach, the main Cala Egos restaurants, shops and amenities. It sits within its own gardens and has a shared but secluded pool accessed from the garden. The villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard.

Changeover day
As regular travellers ourselves we appreciate the need to be flexible regarding arrival and departure times and do not therefore stipulate a changeover day. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with large double bed, a/c, TV, video, DVD and large bathroom. Bedroom 2 with double bed and dressing area. Bedroom 3 has three single beds, wardrobe and access to the breakfast patio. Bedroom 4 with double bed. |
| Bathrooms: | Large bathroom upstairs shared by the master bedroom and bedroom 4. Downstairs bathroom, tiled throughout. |
| Kitchen: | Large kitchen/breakfast room with gas hob and electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and breakfast bar with stools. Breakfast room has table and 4 chairs and doors to the patio area. |
| Living Rooms: | Spacious lounge with 2 and 4 seater sofas, TV and DVD player, CD player and ceiling fan. Steps up to the dining room which has a large table and 6 chairs. Both rooms look out onto the garden. |
| Other: | There is a large wooden table and eight chairs on the breakfast terrace just outside the kitchen. There is a BBQ and seating area as well as a large terrace at the back of the villa, with sun loungers and brolly. |

Notes on accommodation
Being a traditional property and tiled throughout, the villa stays cool during the summer and has oil central heating for use in the winter months. It is a great property for families, and ideal for children of all ages. Two cots and two high chairs are available for use. Whilst access to the pool is gated, adults must supervise all children in or around the pool and in the gardens.

Outside
Private gardens with two patio areas, one of which has a built in BBQ and seating area. The breakfast patio area has a large wooden table and 8 chairs as well as sun loungers. The lovely pool is situated within its own garden and is shared with 5 other privately owned villas.
Coast/Beach
There are 2 sandy beaches within a few minutes walk of the villa. In addition there are another 5 beaches all within a 10 minute drive. Our recommendations are the beaches at Santanyi and Cala Mondrago, both of which have a number of facilities. The Sunday Times recently voted Cala Mondrago in its top ten favourite beaches in the world! The beach at Cala Llombards is a personal favourite of ours. If you don't have a car the land train provides regular trips to many of the surrounding beaches.
Golf
The excellent Val d'Or golf course is approximately 10 minutes drive away. It is an 18 hole course and has stunning views out to the coast. It has a large club house with bar and restaurant and a large sun terrace overlooking the course.
Special interest holidays
There are many varied and interesting things to do and places to visit throughout Mallorca. The villa is an ideal base from which to enjoy golfing, cycling or walking holidays all year round. Interesting places to visit include Palma and its marvellous Cathedral, Felanitx with its magnificent mountain top monastery of San Salvador, Cala Figuera, a small traditional fishing port which is a lovely location for a relaxing stroll. The Wednesday market at Sineu in the centre of the island (45 minutes drive) is one of the best in Mallorca. The Caves of Drach situated just north of Porto Cristo are also well worth a look. We recommend a visit to the town of Valdemossa, it is Mallorca’s highest town at 437m. The church, La Cartoixa, and the town itself have been made famous by George Sands book “A Winter in Majorca”, an account of the few months she and the composer Frederic Chopin spent here in the winter of 1838-9. Their suite of rooms, located in the monk’s cells, is now a museum.
Travel
Palma's airport, Son Sant Joan, is around 40 minutes drive from Cala Egos. Taxis are available just outside the arrivals lounge.
Distances
We are located just 2 minutes walk from the beach and a similar distance from the main restaurants, shops and amenities of Cala Egos. The walk to the marina of Cala d'Or takes approximately 15 minutes or is a few minutes drive. There is a land train available that visits a number of the local beaches including the superb nature reserve and beaches at Cala Mondrago.
Further details
There is a very good local supermarket approximately 5 minutes walk away which should cater for all your needs. Cala Egos has a number of banks, shops, car/bike rental shops and a pharmacy. There is also a taxi rank approximately 2 minutes walk from the villa.
Booking notes
A none refundable £200 deposit, for each week required, will secure your booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment by electronic transfer or cheque. We take a £100 damage deposit which we refund on your return.
It is a mandatory requirement that all members of your party have valid and appropriate travel and medical insurance before and for the duration of your stay in our villa.
