Outside
The grounds consist of lovely gardens, 2 pools (1 of which is quite deep and the other is smaller and suitable for children). Each apartment is entitled to 2 beds at the pool, there are also tables and chairs. The gates are automatic and you have your own parking space.
Coast/Beach
There is a beautiful cove 2 mins walk from the apartment and a little beach in front of the Cala Fornells hotel 5 mins walk. In Peguera there are 3 large beaches which are very clean and safe.
Golf
There is a beautiful golf course at Camp De Mar which is 5 mins by car and 2 at Santa Ponsa which is 10 mins by car.
Travel
Palma airport is 30 mins away and car hire is recommended but certainly not essential.
Distances
There is a small village in calla Fornells with 2 restaurants and small supermarket. Port Andratx and Portals Nous are nearby and full of excellent restaurants. You are not far from the beautiful west coast where the scenery is spectacular!
Further details
There are 2 large supermarkets in Peguera, loads of banks with fast card machines. In the village of Cala Fornells there are 2 very good restaurants and there are 2 hotels nearby, one with music at night and ideal for a drink or lunch (with magnificent views).
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to confirm booking and the balance paid in full 8 weeks before departure. A security deposit of £150 is required with the final payment, which will be returned when keys are returned and our agents have confirmed there has been no damage to the apartment.
