Notes on accommodation
Safe environment 10 meters from childrens play area. The two main bedrooms have ceiling fans and the small bedroom has a portable fan. A safe can also be found in the master bedroom.

Outside
Front and rear patios with a selection of furniture. The front has dining table and chairs, with an additional selection of loungers and deck chairs. The rear terrace has seating for two.
Coast/Beach
700 meters away from the 3km sandy beach of Son Bou. The apartment is within easy walking distance of both the beach and town center. Bus stops for local buses to Mahon and Alaior can be found less than 30 meters from the apartment and there is ample parking for those wishing to hire a car.
Golf
The nearest golf course is 7 miles away at Son Parc.
Travel
Mao airport is 20 minutes away by car. The port of Mahon is 30 minutes away and Ciutadella port is 40 minutes away by car.
Distances
Mahon is approximately 40km away and the old capital of Ciutadella is approximately 60km. For those interested in windsurfing and sailing, Fornells is 30km away where you can hire equipment for the day or week. There are numerous diving schools on the island offering a range of courses, the nearest being 50 meters from the apartment.
Further details
Local shops and restaurants can be found on the complex. A 10 minute walk brings you into the center of Son Bou where you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Cash points can be found around the resort, or travellers cheques changed at the receptions on the complex.
Booking notes
Provisional bookings can be made by phone. Formal booking forms must be completed and accompanied by a 10% deposit. Final settlement is due 7 weeks before departure. For an additional cost a cot can be hired. Please note we do not let the apartment to single sex groups.
