Notes on accommodation
As the Apartment is on an upper level it is approached by a flight of steps. Designated parking bay. 2 tall free standing fans available. Patio area has Lockable gate. Air-conditioning/Heating. Additional items (e.g. child buggy + parasol, high chair) can be hired at additional cost. Property is managed by an English speaking company whose contact details are available in the apartment together with information about the island. Sorry no pets.

Outside
Apartment terrace includes BBQ, table with 4 chairs, sun umbrella & sunbeds. Well maintained gardens with 3 shared pools including one childrens pool. Areas around pool and grassy areas for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
Son Parc beach is approx 5 mins walk accessed by steps or you can drive to the beach car park if preferred. The island has many more pretty coves and beaches to explore - car hire would be advisable as they can be remote.
Golf
Golf complex about 1 mile away includes 18 hole golf course, golf range, tennis courts, restaurant and bar. Rackets and clubs can be hired.
Travel
Menorca is only 50Km long 20Km wide so nowhere is very far away. Use of a car recommended to explore the island.
Mahon Airport approximately 20 mins drive.
Distances
Es Mercadel, 15 mins drive - nearest bank and offers wider range of shops; Arenal d'en Castell, (approx 40 mins walk along coastal path), has a lovely sandy beach & restaurants; Or visit Fornells (15 mins drive) an attractive fishing village, good for evening an meal, ideal for scuba diving, canoeing, windsurfing, motor boat hire; Addaya, boat trips available; in Mahon visit the Fort or take a glass bottom boat trip round the largest natural harbour in Europe.
Further details
Both the old towns of Mahon (capital) 25 min drive and Ciutadella (45 min drive) have tempting shops, restaurants & bars, outdoor colourful market each week, both ports become lively in the evening. Or visit peaceful Albefuera - a huge nature reserve. For a bit of history go inland where archaeological remains can be found. Elsewhere on the island can be found horse riding, scuba diving, boat charter. For someithing completely different try your luck at the trotting races.

It was in a perfect condition and satisfied all our needs, and was very clean. The children had lots of fun around the pool.
It was wonderful to be back there and the apartment was as lovely as we remembered.
We had a lovely week in Ses Anfores and thought it was a lovely spot.
We have returned this evening from the most fabulous holiday we have ever had.
Your apartment is so beautifully equipped it has been a joy to stay in. We have really enjoyed being in Menorca - so much so we are seriously considering booking for next year.
