The cottage is newly reformed with a modern interior in secluded grounds containing private pool, fruit trees and water garden feature. Plenty of room for private parking. The key feature to this property are the new built pool and the outside covered eating and cooking area with a fantastic built BBQ with chimney and spacious seating and table area. The garden contains landscaped water feature, banana trees and flowers all surrounded by orchards. There is also a private tiled roof terrace with views to the mountains and countryside. The cottage is brand new with modern kitchen, A/C allover the house and central heating but retaining its original rustic feel. Extra photos can be sent by email.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday although more flexible outside the summer months.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10 am although it may somtimes be possible to change this to suit your needs.

Bathrooms: 1 main bathroom, new fitted bath and shower.
Kitchen: Newly fitted kitchen with pantry and dining area, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven fridge/freezer plus an extra fridge in the utillity room. Outside kitchen has sink and water with a chimney and bbq and plenty of work surfaces.
Utility Room: The utillity room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron, storage space for suitcases etc. and the extra refrigerator.
Living Rooms: The living room has large windows with shutters and is centrally heated. There is a wood burning stove with wood supplied. The interior is stone built and tastefully decorated.
Other: The cottage has been fully equipped with hot and cold A/C.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels are provided and cleaned weekly, extra cleaning can be provided on request.

 

Notes on accommodation
The cottage is built all on 1 level apart from the roof patio, so is suitable for people with walking difficulties and elderly people. A car can also be driven up to the front door.

Outside
The cottage is situated at the end of a private road with a gravel driveway. There is no passing traffic so the location is peaceful and private. Secluded landscaped gardens surround the cottage and the private pool with a stone water feature and a pool with fish and lillies. Seating for up to 8 in the covered eating area and private roof patio with fish pool.

Coast/Beach
The sandy beach, port and spectacular rocky coastline is a 10 minute drive by car to the port of Soller, or 20 minutes by the tram. There are also secluded coves 20 minutes away by car en route and in Deia. More advice and information on arrival.

Travel
Palma airport is a 45 minutes drive, a hire car is recommended although not necessary as there are public bus, train and tram services.

Distances
The village centre is reached in 10 minutes by foot with the main square of Soller surounded by good bars restaurants cafes and shops. There is also a supermarket 5 minutes away.

Further details
The Village of Soller provides everything you may need while on holiday, banks, good restaurants, bars and cafes an English speaking doctor, supermarket and an icecream factory.
There are also galleries, museums, botanical gardens speciality delicatessen and a train service to Palma and back.

A 20% deposit is transferred to a bank account to guarantee your booking, the remainder paid in cash (euros) on arrival.
