This beautiful apartment has air conditioning and heating and has the benefit of all day sun and sea breezes. It has a large balcony overlooking the many pools and for those wanting a little shade a full length awning. Extra to this is a huge private roof terrace with built in BBQ and views to the sea and Cala D'or. It is set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens.All furnishings are of excellent quality. Two of the 7 sandy beaches, restaurant, shops and bars are within 5 mins walk. Similarly, a 5 mins stroll in another direction will take you to the stunning cosmopolitan Marina. This is surrounded by an excellent choice of bars and restaurants serving local and international cuisine. A chance to sit and "people watch" in beautiful surroundings. A further 10-15 mins takes you to the pedestrianised centre in Cala D'or with its exclusive shops, restaurants and pavement cafes.

Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival. Guests need to leave the apartment by 11am on day of departure.

All quality linens and towels are provided and changed weekly. The apartment is cleaned to a high standard inside and out for your arrival and then weekly. If however you wish to have extra clean/linen change a quote can be provided. |
Notes on accommodation
Children are very welcome! Sun loungers and outdoor dining furniture provided for both terraces. Gated complex with private parking space. It has air conditioning and heating so perfect for any season! Mallorca has a lot to offer all year round and this is a perfect base. If you have not visited the beautiful city of Palma it is a must! It is only 40 mins drive. Out of the main season you can fill your days and chill in the evening in comfortable surroundings. No Smoking!

Accessibility
The resort is generally very flat making it very accessable for most people. However we are on the second floor, which is the top floor, and there is no lift.
Outside
The apartment is part of a beautiful complex with 7 pools. All various shapes,sizes and depths. There really is something for everyone! Dining tables and chairs provided on both terraces and both areas have the option to get a bit of shade on those hot summer days. Wonderful views from the rooftop terrace while you sit and sample your favourite tipple!
Coast/Beach
All the sandy coves that make up Cala D'or are within easy reach(2 within 5 mins walk). 10 mins drive or a local bus or mini train away is the georgeous Mongrago Natural Park with two larger beaches with restaurants/beach bars. Boat trips are available from many of the beaches to travel up and down the coast.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Val D'or, which has been voted 4th out of the 18 golf courses in Majorca, is a 10 mins drive away. It has a wonderful swimming pool, sun terraces, restaurant, etc for the non-golfers to enjoy. Club Son Antem which a golf and spa resort is 25 mins drive away.
Special interest holidays
An apartment for all seasons!! You can enjoy mallorca all year round. The apartment is ideal to use as a base for walking or sightseeing etc through the winter. You can also enjoy the beautiful blossom in the spring aswell as taking advantage of the wonderful golf courses all year round.
Travel
The apartment is 40 mins drive from Palma airport. Car rental is available at the airport or locally. Alternatively you can get a taxi or transfer coach from Palma airport. Buses are available nearby the apartment to neighbouring villages, markets and resorts as well as to the city of Palma. A small train runs all around Cala D'or and surrounding area.
Further details
Shops, restaurants and bars are all a few mins away. Tennis courts, sports centre with indoor pool and bike hire are available nearby, as well as a children’s playground across the road. The supermarket, banks etc are a couple of minutes walk away.

Please book by telephone or email. 20% Deposit required to secure the booking and the remaining balance 8 weeks prior to arrival.It is also necessary to pay £100 towards any damages and breakages which will be returned shortly after your return.
