Casa Paradiso is situated in a charming, peaceful, rustic village in the hills 3km outside Palma providing a quite getaway while still being close to all the culture, shopping and nightlife that Palma has to offer. There is also easy access to all the wonderful beaches along the coast, and the amazing sight seeing locations across the island. The lower part of the house with it's tastful interiors looks out onto it's own pool, large garden and stunning sea views. As it's name suggests, it is a little paradise! The pool is shared by the owners, but your privacy and space will be very much respected.

Long winter lets: 2-4 person 1500 euros per month.
Changeover day
We try to stick to a 7 day holiday week with changeover at weekends, but can be flexible.

All towels and linen are included and are changed once a week. A cleaning lady comes once a week. There is an extra charge of 80 euros for this service which also includes the final cleaning. |

One large garden with full access to 6m x 4m swimming pool which is shared with the owners who live above (but will respect your space and privacy). There is a barbecue, sun lounges and outside tables and chairs for eating.

Nearest beach 3km away. Access to all the wonderful beaches around the bay of Palma all within 20mins drive at the most.
Golf
The famous Bendinat and Son Vida golf courses are 3km away.
