The area around Betlem, at the eastern end of the Bay of Alcudia, remains unspoilt and is known as the 'secret of northern Majorca'. Several golf courses, secluded beaches, walking trails and restaurants are within easy reach.

High Season: July/August, September, Easter, Spring Bank, October Half-Term, Christmas & New Year.

Bathroom with large shower and marble vanity unit.
Both bathroom have under floor heating.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle etc.
Utility Room: Washing machine and tumble dryer are located in separate laundry room on complex.
Living Rooms: Spacious lounge/dining area with fireplace, TV, DVD player and double bed settee. French windows leading onto covered balcony with direct views of the sea.
Other: Integral staircase leads to large roof terrace with sunbeds, table and chairs. Fully air conditioned (hot and cold).
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bed linen and towels are provided for use in the apartment only. Change of linen and towels provided weekly. Laundry and maid services are provided on-site and payable locally.

Notes on accommodation
Cot and highchair can be provided by prior arrangement. Non-smoking apartment. All members of the party must agree to abide by the rules of the complex.

Coast/Beach
Residencial Betlem is situated directly on the sea front. The nearest sandy beach is at Colonia de Sant Pere (5 mins drive). Other beaches include Cala Ratjada, Cala Torte, Cala Mesquida, C'an Picafort and Alcudia (all within 20 mins drive).

Golf
There are several 1st class golf courses all within a 20 minute drive.

Special interest holidays
The area around Betlem is excellent for walkers and cyclists. It is possible to hire cycles in nearby Ca'n Picafort.

Travel
Palma airport is approx 50 mins drive. Car hire is recommended. There are several car hire companies nearby.

Distances
The nearest village is Colonia de Sant Pere which is 3km away. Here you will find several restaurants, small supermarkets, banks, butchers, bakers etc. The historic town of Arta is approx 12 mins drive.

Further details
There are 2 restaurants and a small bakery in Betlem itself. The Ermitage de Betlem is on top of the hillside overlooking Betlem. The walking trail starts from the village.

Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking with the balance due 2 calendar months prior to departure.
