Living Rooms: Large, 30 ft living room with a 7 seater settee and other easy chairs, a real fireplace, TV with satellite, entrance phone to the front gate and doors leading to large covered veranda for sitting and watching the swimming pool area.
Other: Two dining areas, one inside and one outside have a dining tables for eight connected by double doors with barbecue area.
Large cool hall with central staircase, entrance to the garage and a connected shower room with toilet.

Notes on accommodation
The villa has 3,500 sq ft of indoor area. See www.santaponsavilla.com for full floor plans. A local Spanish agent will be on-hand to help if necessary while you are at the villa, including providing the keys on arrival. They will organise cleaning and any maintenance required.
Two of the upstairs double bedrooms have walk-in wardrobes & private balconies with sea & mountain views.
Both the downstairs bedrooms have built-in wardrobes & double doors out to secluded patio sunbathing areas.
From the landing there is access to a large 25ft secluded balcony with part covered area for sheltered sitting.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking inside.

Outside
There is a private swimming pool 8.2m x 4.2m (0.9m shallow end, 1.8m in deep end), lawn, flower beds, gardens and sun bathing patio areas. The pool is serviced once per week. The lawn and garden is watered automatically. There is a fitted and fully equipped outside kitchen with barbecue and outdoor furniture for sitting or lying. There are substantial outside sitting areas for morning and evening sun and shade and for relaxing evening eating. The road gates and doors are all remotely controlled with entry phones inside the villa. The garage with a remote control operation is only available by special request.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to the sea at the marina, one mile to the town centre and sandy beach.

Travel
30 minutes to the Palma airport (20 minutes to the centre of Palma). A car is not essential but recommended.

Distances
10 minute drive to aqua parks and various other fun parks for a wonderful family day out and change from the beautiful beaches.

Santa Ponsa is in the exclusive south-west corner of Mallorca. The Bay of Santa Ponsa is centred around a large sandy beach and pine wooded park area; there is a further smaller beach and a pretty harbour. Santa Ponsa boasts excellent facilities and amenities associated with a modern resort including a good range of shops and supermarkets, excellent range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, a sports complex, gymnasium and golf courses.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit is required with booking. The 80% balance is due one month before departure. Major credit cards are accepted. A refundable security deposit payment maybe needed on arrival in the resort.

We are a family with two teenage sons and have previously lived at the villa. We holiday ourselves at the villa and find it a wonderful place to holiday and relax for all the family.

Secure, private villa. Some guess hardly leave the villa for the whole week, but there are lots of things to do around the villa and Santa Ponsa.
