This enchanting villa by the sea, on the water's-edge, is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, on the north-east, next to Costa de los Pinos. It faces the sea and has a magnificent view of the bay. It is quiet and peaceful. Sea waters are crystal clear with phantastic turqouise & deep blue shades. The house is at walking distance from the village and the golden sandy beach. The area has the best beaches and the most unspoilt landscape of Mallorca. Nearby are the historical villages of Son Servera, Artá, Capdepera (with lovely castles) and trendy Cala Ratjada with harbour and elegant shops, cafes and restaurants. The golf course is walking distance from the villa.

3 lovely garden terraces with grass, flowers, barbecue and sunbeds. Access to sandy beach along a lovely path in the mountain. Large shared swimming pool with deep and shallow ends, maintained regularly by the gardener.
Coast/Beach
On the water's-edge. A large golden sandy beach is at walking distance and there is a tiny beach at only 3 minutes (at Embarcadero del Rey).
Golf
18 Holes Golf Field is next to the Villa. Other 3 Golf Field in a random between 5 & 9 Km. The Villa has an ideal location for golfers.

At Cala Rajada there are painting courses and other activities.
Historical castles at Arta & Capdepera deserve to be visited.
Local markets in the nearby villages at different days of the week.
Lively night live and trendy shops at Cala Rajada.

This villa has absolutely breathtaking views on the north-east coast. It is located in the unspoilt part of Mallorca where villages keep their character, nature is still peaceful and quiet and the sea waters are crystal clear under blue and turquoise shades. There is a large golden at walking distance from the villa and a tiny beach just at 3 minutes, next to Embarcadero del Rey.
In its interior the house is decorated with very good taste; white, magnolia colours, fine furniture and beautiful original paintings. In the area where the villa is located you will find lovely restaurants and elegant cafés. For those who like sports it is ideal for swimming, sailing, diving, fishing, cycling, walking and golfing.
