Accessibility
Unfortunately the house is not suitable for wheelchairs, as there are a number of steps from the carpark to the property.
Outside
There are steps from the terrace and balcony to the garden which might not be suitable for toddlers, although they are very welcome. Shared infinity pool/children's pool with pool shower. Sunny terrace with lovely view of the bay. Balcony from main bedroom (leading to the small rear garden/BBQ).
Allocated and secure parking.
Coast/Beach
The development overlooks the Blue Flag sandy beach with a cafe at Cala Murada and is set in a quiet residential location next to the sea.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Vall d'Or, which is a 10 minute drive away.
Travel
Palma airport is approx 50 mins drive away.
Distances
Cala d'or, with its shops and restaurants, is approximately 15 minutes by car.
