Notes on accommodation
The property is situated on the first floor and there is a lift nearby. Both bathrooms have been renovated (April 2008) to a very high standard with underfloor heating. The apartment has been repainted and there are new doors and wood flooring.

Accessibility
The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a lift nearby. There are wheelchair ramps leading to the garden and at the main entrance which is on the 4th floor.

Outside
Seating for 4 on the balcony overlooking communal pool and Mediterranean gardens. Access to the port through remote controlled garden gate.

Coast/Beach
There are 2 small beaches within 5 mins walk. There are 3 large beaches at Palma Nova which is within 10 mins drive and a pretty little beach at Illetes also within 10 mins drive.

Golf
There are several championship golf courses within 10 mins drive. Real Golf de Bendinat is 5 mins away, Santa Ponsa Golf I is 10 mins and Poniente is also 10 mins. All courses are open to non members.

Travel
Palma International Airport is just 20 mins by car. Car hire is recommended if you wish to explore the island otherwise if you are staying within the port this is not necessary. If you wish to hire a car we recommend Avance Cars in Puerto Portals (www.avance-cars.com) who will deliver a car to the airport, saving you time on lengthy queues or shuttle bus transfer with the airport based hire companies.

Distances
The village of Portals Nous is 5 mins walk. Palma city centre is a mere 10 mins by car and the beautiful harbour of Puerto Andratx is 20 mins away.

Further details
The marina has a great selection of places to eat, drink and relax watching the world go by or admiring the yachts. For those of you who enjoy the nightlife there are several bars and clubs where you can dance the night away well into the early hours. The village of Portals Nous has several banks, local shops, bars, restaurants and an excellent local supermarket Cidon with butcher, bakery and delicatessen. There are also larger supermarkets within a 5 min drive and these stock most well known brands.

The balance and a 20% refundable damage deposit is required on arrival. The damage deposit will be returned to you on departure providing all is in order.
