Prices are for the property per week for up to 6 people. Cots and high chairs included if required. Credit and Debit cards can be accepted. Long lets available at a discount. Monday is our changeover day. We are now taking bookings for 2009.

Towels and linen are included (not beach towels). These are changed weekly and the property cleaned for your arrival. |

The lounge and bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric heater are also provided.

Outside
The villa has a private swimming pool 3x7m approx. The patio has 6 sunbeds and patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ area with its own table and seating. There is also a roof terrace with views over the valley and village.
Coast/Beach
Calan Porters picturesque cove has a lovely sandy beach and is only 2-300m from the villa.
Golf
Menorca golf course is at Son Parc on the north of the Island. 15km.
Travel
Mahon airport is only 15 mins drive away. Car hire is not essential but we would recommend it to take full advantage of all the island has to offer.
Distances
Mahon, the capital is only 12km it has a wonderful harbour with plenty of interest and many shops bars and restaurants.
Further details
There are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the village that cater for all tastes and welcome children. Many of the local bars and restaurants provide entertainment. Banks and car hire etc also in the village.
Booking notes
Deposit (per week) of £75 and £100 for high season to confirm a booking (non returnable). With the balance due 8 weeks before your holiday.
