Outside
The pool (8 x 4 mtrs with a depth from 0,75 to 1,80 mtrs) is shared between the two properties and is equipped with sun loungers. The area around the pool is surrounded by tall hedges making it very private and relaxing. Each villa has a stone BBQ and exterior table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
The villas are a short walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants of the lively resort. There is a regular bus service and a small train, taking people down to the beach.
Travel
Mahon Airport - 15 minutes drive. Taxi approx. 20 euros.
Distances
A minutes walk from the property encounters the facilities of the lively resort of Calan Porter with shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The village of Sant Climent is just an 8-minute car journey and the port and town of Mahon a further 5 minutes.

5% discount for rentals of two weeks or more.
25% deposit payment required on booking confirmation, remainder to be paid one month before arrival.
