Notes on prices
The above prices are based on 3-bed or 4-bed rentals. Please add £75 per person per week above 8 up to a maximum of 9 or 10 if including a baby in cot. All non quoted weeks are available at £495 per week. No increase for Xmas, Easter or Half term holidays.
Changeover day
Normal changeover day is Friday, but other arrangements can be made depending on availability.

Outside
The grounds are extensive with lawn and terraced areas including pergola and dining areas plus shade and play areas. The pool is beautiful, lit and the depth goes from 80cms to 1.8m. There are Roman steps and an underwater seat so guests can sit in the water and enjoy aperitifs and reading without leaving the pool.
Coast/Beach
The south coast beaches are within 10 mins drive. The Binibeca beach is safe and offers a good beach restauarant.
Travel
The villa is 12 mins drive form Mahon airport and a few minutes drive to the supermarkets and the splendid portside restaurants in Mahon.
Distances
5 mins to supermarkets in mahon and San Lluis.
