Changeover day
Changeover days are Saturdays. Arrival time is 4 pm or after, departure midday. This also could be flexible with house manager.

Notes on accommodation
The property is fully air-conditioned.
Outside
Private swimming pool measures 8 x 4 metres with steps for easy access, and is 1.75m at the deep end. Low maintenance garden regularly tended by gardener. Brick built barbecue with ample terrace furniture and sun lounges.
Coast/Beach
Calan Porter village is located above a coved beach which is only accessed by winding road or steps from village centre. The villa is located in the original part of the village and is within walking distance.
Travel
The nearest and only airport is Mahon and is about 10 kms or 10 min. drive from Calan Porter. Car hire is recommended for both convenience or to explore this beautiful island.
Distances
Mahon is the capital of Menorca and has a large port area which is the second natural deepest port in the world. It is a historic town well worth visiting. Market days are Tuesday and Saturdays.
Further details
Calan Porter provides everything you should need. It has several supermarkets, shops, bank, restaurants and bars. There is also an activity centre for children, as well as its safe beach with lifeguard.
