South facing detached family holiday villa with air conditioning. One bathroom, lounge, kitchen/dining room. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. A bed settee and two spare beds. We recommend four adults and two children for comfort. 5km from Airport & Mahon. 2km to local village of Sant Clemente where you'll find banks, supermarket, chemist etc. 2/3 mins walk to the fabulous bar Nelson/restaurant.

The villa will have been cleaned for your arrival, all beds freshly made up for four people. Additional bed linen £10 per week each extra person. All laundry is changed weekly. Please take your own personal/beach towels (can be provided at a extra cost). |

The villa is set on approx 900sqmtr plot. Large barbecue area. Loads of room for kids to play. 6 sunloungers, large outside table to seat 6. Several large and small brollies.
Extensive farm land surrounds majority of the villa. For total secluded sunbathing the villa enjoys a first floor terrace surrounded by a 3ft wall (you avid nudies) and magnificent viwes.
The crystal clear swimming pool (8m x 4m) has 3 steps leading to 2ft 6" of water 3mtrs of hand rail at each side for you non-swimmers. Then slopes to a total depth of 6ft 7", a set of stainless steel steps to recover you from the deep. Kids, you can have fun on the pool slide and don't forget mom & dad can go down to. You can enjoy your midnight swim with underwater lighting. The sun shines on the pool from morning to nite.
Coast/Beach
Many beaches are in easy reach, just 5/10mins by car, including Cala en Porter approx 3km, Calas Coves 1km.
Travel
5km from Mahon airport.
Car hire is recommended.
Further details
A short walk up the lane, buses take you to Cala en Porter and Mahon.
