Terrace overlooking large pool area. Situated 3 minute walk from Cala Esmeralda beach. As well as the main pool, there is a small children's pool, sunbathing area around pool. You do not need to hire a car unless you want to seek out all the attractions the island has to offer as everything is right on the doorstep and within a 5 min walk. You will have the best of both worlds as the studios are very quiet at night so if you need a little noise just step out of your front door and enjoy everything Cala D'Or has to offer. Also studio apartment on second floor sleeps 3.

Walking distance to Cala Esmeralda beach is around 4 min. The next beach is Cala Ferrera, around 10 mins walk and cala D'or beach is around a 10 min walk , the marina at Cala D'Or is around a 15 min walk but worth every minute.
Travel
Nearest airport is Palma and the transfer time is around 50 mins. Car hire not essential unless you would like to see local attractions. Taxi one way around 60 euro and transfers are around 30 euro (£21.50) each person.

Nearest town is Cala Ferrera 2 mins away. Cala d' Or is around a 5 min walk.
Further details
Shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Cala D'Or centre would take 5 mins to walk or 5 mins in a taxi as you have to go via a one way system.
Booking notes
50% must be paid on booking and total must be paid 6 weeks before arrival, we also require a separate cheque for £100 which will be given back 5 days after departure. If bookings are not paid on time we reserve the right to re-rent the property without your 50% being refunded. You must be out of the apartment by 10.00 am unless prior arrangments have been made, please try to book day time flights so we can arrange for our rep to meet you with your keys.
