This outstanding villa by the sea is situated in Colonia de Sant Pere in the north of Mallorca and offers outstanding views of the bay of Alcudia and spectacular sunsets. Colonia de San Pere is a very peaceful and safe haven and is ideal for small children with a small blue flag beach. The village offers several restaurants all in walking distance, as well as 2 supermarkets, banks,church,bakery,hairdresses and chemist. The countryside surrounding the village is very dramatic and is ideal for walkers,cyclists and bird watchers.colonia de san pere is a working fishing village it is the perfect location for a very relaxing holiday where one can enjoy traditional Majorcan hospitality. Nearby about a 10 minutes drive is the historic town of arta which is rich in archaeological remains. There is also many golf courses all with in a short driving distance.

Includes large private pool (12x3.3m) with plenty of room around the pool to sunbath and BBQ. 3 terraces, 1 shady terrace by pool level. One half covered terrace with BBQ on first floor. Large terrace on 2nd floor with a fantastic view of the marina and sea. Plenty of tables and chairs and sun lounges.
Coast/Beach
Distance to coast approx. 100m. A small sandy beach is in walking distance (about 5 mins). The beach is located in a very well protected small bay, ideal for children. Around the pedestrianised beach area are a few restaurants,overlooking the beach which is ideal to watch the world go by and forget all your worries.
Golf
Several golf courses (Son Servera 9 hole, Capdepera Golf 18 hole, Canyamel Golf 18 holes, Sera de Pula 18 holes, Alcudia Alcanada 18 holes) are within 30 mins drive.
Travel
Nearest airport is Palma de Mallorca. Distance to airport approx 70km. Taxi Service from airport to villa is available (approx 70 euros per trip). Taxi Service from villa to airport is also available. Major car rental companies are located at Palma Airport in arrivals hall. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Nearest towns are Arta which is app 15 mins drive,shops restautrants and a weekly market. Can Picafort is about 20 min drive, go karting, water sports and horse riding is available. Alcudia is about 30 min drive, it has an old historical town and a weekly market, also a water park is near by and many restaurants and shops. On the way into Alcudia is the albufera natural park which is a must for walkers and bird watchers has this is a protected area for flora and birds.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit of the full rental price is requested within 10 days after booking and will not be refundable if cancelled within 6 weeks prior to rental start. Rest of the payment is requested latest 4 weeks prior to rental start.

Hello, I am a middle aged mom, mother of two sons and live in England. My dream is to live in Colonia st Pere. This place is a gem, it is so relaxing the minute you arrive all your stresses and worries evaporate. Our whole family love this place, you can do as much or as little as you want. Like I say our dream is to live here in the near future.
