The atmospheric port of Calas Fonts is a 20 minute stroll where an excellent selection of fish restaurants and tapas bars can be found. There is a choice of half a dozen sandy beaches within a 10 minute drive.

The garden is approximately 3/4 acre. Secluded, private and well established. Sufficient sun loungers for 8 people. Patio furniture and gas barbeque. Easy parking for at least three cars.
Coast/Beach
A variety of beaches can be found within a 10 minute drive of the property.
Travel
Mahon airport is 20 minutes drive.
Car hire is essential. There is ample parking for 2/3 cars.
Booking notes
Cot, high chair and buggy hire can be arranged at the time of booking. A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking, with final payment together with a £200 breakage deposit due 8 weeks before departure.
