Changeover day
Arrival and departure days are flexible, depending on guests requirements. The timetable, to allow for the villa to be cleaned and prepared for new guests, preferably arrival from 2pm onwards and departures 10am (suitcases may be left at the villa).

Bathroom 1 is fully-equipped and spacious. There is a bath with shower, WC, bidet and large wash basin.

The kitchen is very well-equipped. There is a fridge/freezer, microwave, juicer, electric kettle, sandwich-maker, hand-blender, toaster, ample crockery and cutlery, electric oven and 4 gas hobs, and a wooden kitchen table with 4 chairs. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living room contains 2 comfortable sofas, wooden coffee table, TV, DVD player, CD player and an open fireplace. |
| Other: |
The dining room contains a large dining table with 6 chairs, which can be extended to seat up to 10 Persons. There is a pool view and French doors which open out onto a spacious terrace. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The villa is equipped to accommodate 6 people, with the possibility of adding a cot in the main bedroom. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. For stays longer than 7 nights the rental price includes a full clean in the middle of your stay. |
Notes on accommodation
Additional cleaning is available on request - please ask for prices. A cot is available payable locally at 3 euros per day. Guests should bring their own cot sheets.

Outside
The villa is set in a typical Menorcan garden. At the front of the property there is a good variety of plants, palm trees, jasmin, lavender and bouganvilla flowers. There is also a terrace outside the front door with a table, chairs and parasol. There is a portable BBQ. Behind the villa there is another spacious terrace and patio area. The terrace is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining room, and has a table with 6 chairs, ideal for alfresco breakfasts or candle-lit dinners. At the same level as the pool there is a comfortable patio area with a table, 4 chairs, 4 sunbeds and parasol. The pool terrace is surrounded by high bushes, which offer privacy and a grassy area.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated at 8km from the resort of Son Bou, which boasts the longest beach in Menorca, a commercial area with bars, restaurants, discos, shops, children's amusements, etc.
Travel
It is located at 12km from the Island's capital, Mahon, and 10km from the airport.
Distances
The villa is located on the outskirts of Alaior, at a 10 min walk from the town centre and at 5 mins from a large supermarket.
Further details
The town of Alaior offers a wide range of services, making the villa an ideal holiday base to relax in comfort with amenities nearby. There are restaurants, bars and pavement cafes, bakeries, hairdressers, boutiques, souvenir shops, newsagents, a hardware shop, large church, health-centre, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.
Booking notes
Reservations can be made by internet and e-mail. To confirm a reservation guests should pay a 25% non-refundable deposit. The balance should be paid at least one month prior to departure.
