Villa Rosa is located in Calan Porter which is one of the oldest and most established holiday resorts on the Island. It's a comfortable modern villa with one double and one twin bedroom. The living area is open plan with 2 sections, the lounge area and the dining area. Both the bathroom and kitchen are newly fitted. The large sun terrace and pool area are located at the rear of the property and are for the sole use of guests.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
Changeover day
All bookings are Friday to Friday only. With all rentals Villa Rosa will be available on your day of arrival from 2pm and we ask that you vacate the villa by 10am on your day of departure.

Fully fitted kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker and cafetiere. A full selection of crockery, cutlery and glasses are provided. |

Washing machine, ironing board and iron. |
| Living Rooms: |
The living area has the lounge with comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, TV, DVD and stereo. There are over 100 CD's and DVD's provided along with a selection of table games. The second section is the dining room with dining room table and chairs.

The villa is cleaned before each let. Clean hand and bath towels are provided together with bed linen, although we do ask guests to bring their own beach towels. Tea towels are also provided. |

Outside
The main feature of the outside patio terrace is the private swimming pool. Its Roman in style and has corner steps that lead into the pool. The terrace is secluded and offers relaxing sun loungers along with outside dining table, chairs and a large umbrella.
Coast/Beach
Calan Porter beach is a secluded, coved bay offering safe bathing and swimming for all ages where sun beds and pedaloes are available for hire. There a few shops and beach bars closeby. The beach is an easy 25 mins stroll from the villa. Alternatively there is a payable road train that goes around the resort, at a nominal cost, or it's only a few mins drive by car with parking facilities nearby.
Travel
All flights go to Mahon airport which is a 20 min drive from the villa. Car hire is not essential as there is a taxi rank at the airport and also in Calan Porter. There is a regular bus service between Calan Porter and Mahon.

Easy walking distance to the centre of Calan Porter and Mahon is only 20 mins drive away.
Further details
The resort of Calan Porter is the oldest holiday resort on Menorca and has plenty to offer the holidaymaker. Within the resort there are over 20 bars and restaurants and you will also find supermarkets which stock everything you will need for your holiday. There is also a chemist located in the resort.
Booking notes
To secure all bookings we recure 20% deposit within one week of your initial reservation. Full balance payments are required 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. All cheques are made payable to Angela Smith.
