Notes on accommodation
House is suitable for children but pool is not fenced in. Garden is enclosed and no roads - a quiet cul de sac with no road danger. Can walk to nearby beach.

Outside
Private 8 metre x 4 metre pool, garden furniture, large teak table and chairs for outside living (a must!), barbecue, etc. Back shaded porch to get out of the sun when needed.
Coast/Beach
5 minute walk to the nearest beach. White sands and turquoise waters - the colors of the south beaches. Menorca has more beaches than all the Balearic islands. You can sample several of them from this villa.
Golf
20 minutes from 18 hole golf course.
Special interest holidays
All water sports not far. Several white sandy beaches and coves nearby - south east corner of the island.
Travel
Airport and port (ferries from mainland Spain) are 10/15 minutes away. 10/15 kms. About 12 kms. from Maó, capital of the island. 4 from the nearest supermarkets. Smaller grocers closer.
Distances
5 minutes from the nearest town for all amenities. Also 5 minutes to several famous archaeological sites.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit is asked with outstanding amount due 6 weeks before arrival or sooner if a late booking. Bank details will be given when reservation is made.
