This beautiful casita (cottage) is set in a spectacular setting with magnificent views of the Deia coastline. It is a perfect 'get-away' to relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life and for you to be close to nature. Situated in the unspoilt village of Lluch Alcari, a small picturesque hamlet just a 2.5km drive from the historical artist's town of Deia with its galleries, boutiques and fine restaurants. The cottage is also situated close to a path that leads down to a beautiful secluded beach. The cottage has its own pool and beautiful terraces with lemon, fig and pomegranate trees. Perfect for outside dining with use of a gas fired barbeque.

Outside
The cottage has its own pool but occasionally the pool may be used by the owner, when she is at her property, but exclusivity can be agreed. There are stunning views of the hillside down to the sea and a choice of shady terraces offering the perfect setting for relaxation. Garden furniture and sun lounges.
Coast/Beach
The village is built on a hill in the middle of a valley in the 'Serra de Tramuntana' mountain range. Rising above the valley is the Teix which is the second highest mountain on Mallorca. The whole of the Serra de Tramuntana is covered by a network of paths and ancient mule trail to the clear blue Mediterranean Sea.
Travel
Deia is set in the spectacular mountainous north west corner of Mallorca just 40 minutes drive from Palma airport. Car hire is recommended in order for you to explore the area to its fullest.

Deia is one of the jewels of the Mediterranean, one of those places that the visitor will never forget - the colours, the smells and the sounds. Deią is renowned for its artists, musicians and writers and at night comes alive with live music from the bars and restaurants. Deia was the home of Robert Graves - English poet, classical scholar, novelist, and critic. A host of famous celebrities have homes in Deia.
Booking notes
Usually minimum 7 days booking but will consider smaller lets at various times of the year. 50% deposit required on booking. This will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 8 weeks of the rental date. Outside this period half will be refunded. The balance is payable 3 weeks before arrival or by arrangement. A fully refundable £500 deposit will be required against breakages and damage.
