Notes on accommodation
Central heating is available for holidays taken in the winter months. A DVD and video player are provided together with Satellite TV. Child's highchair and baby's travel cot are available. This house is furnished to feel like a family home with beach swimming equipment, toddler toys and many other personal touches not usually found in rental properties. Sorry, no pets.

Outside
There are 3 terraces comprising a winter terrace adjoining the covered eating area for al fresco dining, the front terrace with a wrought iron glass table and 6 chairs and the 80 m² roof terrace which is accessible by steps at the side of the property. In addition, there is a BBQ area at the rear of the terrace and a small garden with beautiful old trees.

The beach is 25 metres away.
Golf

Travel
Airport - 15 minutes by car. Car hire is not essential as Puerto Portals and the village of Portals Nous is within walking distance. However, car hire can be arranged for those who wish to explore the island.

Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, horse-riding, mountain-biking, paragliding, sailing, swimming, tennis (at Costa den Blanes), walking, water-skiing and wind-surfing. Situated close to waterparks and Marineland in Puerto Portals. Winter or summer, this is a golfer's paradise or a vacation hideaway for the discerning traveller, with handy access to the social and cultural hub of Mallorca.
Booking notes
All bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days until a non-refundable deposit of 25% has been received. The balance will be required in full, 8 weeks prior to departure. No reminder will be sent for the balance so please ensure that this is sent promptly. Guests are required to pay an additional deposit of £250, which will be fully refundable, provided there are no damages or breakages.
