After confirmation a 20% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your holiday and the balance must be paid six weeks before arrival. 25% off for the use of only downstairs (capacity for 6 people) we will not rent upstairs.

I live a few yards from the villa, so I'm always there on the day of the arrival of our customers, whatever the time is. I welcome you to our "your" home and I tell you all how works, where the nearest supermarket is, where the beach, marina, etc are.
