Villa Sol Naixent is a large delightful villa, situated in a magnificent position overlooking the sea, in a quiet residential area, yet only a few minutes walk to the nearest lovely sandy beach of Cala Serena. The house is built around a beautiful picturesque terraced courtyard with built-in-BBQ, ideal for eating outside whilst enjoying the stunning views over the sea. The villa is suitable for wheelchair users with easy access to pool area and bedrooms shower room, kitchen + dining / lounge area.

From Palma airport it takes approx 45 mins.

Local restaurants and shops nearby, and markets on weekends. Public swimming pool heated in winter 10 minutes driving from the villa. Open from 9am - 9pm. Sunday close.
Booking notes
After confirmation a 10% non refundable deposit is required to reserve your holiday and the balance must be paid six weeks before arrival.

A PERFECT PLACE FOR A PERFECT HOLIDAY. Breathtaking panoramic view, nice pool, sunbathing, recreation facilities facing the ocean. A spacious house well fit for 10 inhabitans.
