Furnished to a high standard with all mod cons including Sky TV, DVD, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning etc. There is a large balcony area with table and chairs for outside dining. The pool has a sun bathing terrace with sun beds and parasol, perfect for those wanting a relaxing holiday.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the villa sleeping up to 6 people for 1 week. **Prices are for 2 people sharing for some weeks, please add £25 per extra person per week. Change over day is Friday, maybe flexible early/late season. We usually only take bookings for 2 weeks or longer in the high season. Prices are stated as from with the cheapest week of that month advertised. 2010 bookings now being taken. Heating early/late season £25 per week if required.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Friday. You will be able to enter the property on arrival after 4pm and must vacate by 10am on departure day unless agreed otherwise. Changeover day maybe flexible from October until early May.

Towels and linen changed weekly. Villa cleaned on arrival and departure. Beach towels not included. |
Notes on accommodation
Travel cots and highchairs for hire. A selection of videos, books and games can be found in the villa for your enjoyment. There is also a safe, key safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Guests are reminded that the villa must be left clean and tidy. Welcome tea/coffee pack.
Outside
The garden has it's own private pool with roman steps and plenty of sun bathing terracing with sunbeds and a parasol. There is a large balcony with a table and chairs for outside dining that is accessed from the lounge and kitchen. A few steps lead down to the pool area. There is also off road parking.
Coast/Beach
The beach is about a 10 minute walk away and is reached by steps. If you drive it will take 2 minutes and there is a free car park. A mini train also goes to the beach. The beach is beautiful with crystal clear sea and white sand. It has sunbeds and parasols for hire. There is a shop, restaurant and bar serving food, drinks and ice creams.
Golf
There is a golf course approx 30 minutes drive away in the resort of Son Parc.
Travel
The resort of Cala'n Porter is about a 10/15 minute drive from the airport. A car in not essential as you have every thing you could want in Cala'n Porter but we would recommend that you hire one for a few days at least as the island is so beautiful and well worth seeing.
Distances
The centre of Cala'n Porter is a short walk from the villa with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops including supermarkets. The capital Mahon is about a 20 minute drive with it's shops and harbour.
Further details
In the resort of Cala'n Porter there are plenty of bars and restaurants. It also has a bank, hairdressers, chemist, supermarkets and shops. There is a taxi rank, bus stop and several car hire firms should you wish to explore the Island.
Booking notes
A £200 per week deposit is required at the time of booking with the remainder payable 10 weeks before arrival. Please note we usually only accept bookings for 14 nights or longer in high season.
