Set by a beautiful cove, this lovely villa is only a 1 minute walk to the coast, where you have direct access to the sea from the rocks and sunbathing platforms. The snorkeling is excellent and you can even feed the fish from your hands. There is a supermarket and restaurant only 2 minutes walk away. The bustling resorts of Calan Blanes and Calan Forcat are also a short walk away. Here you will find a large selection of restaurants, shops, bars and children's entertainment areas including a Water Park. There are several small sandy coves in the resort, all within walking distance, the nearest being just over 5 minutes from the villa. The beaches are perfect for children as they are small with shallow and clear sea.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for up to 6 people. 7th bed charged at £50 per week and £75 per week in high season (July and August).
Prices include cleaning before arrival and cleaning on departure, and also include bed linen and towels (hand & bath towels). Pool towels are not provided.
A cot and highchair can be provided for £20 extra per week. Cot linen is not provided.
Changeover day
Change over days are generally Friday or Saturday. However, it is occasionally flexible so long as it fits in with other bookings. Low season changeovers and durations are more flexible.

Notes on accommodation
This villa is suitable for all party types, and is more than suitable for families.
It's location is ideal, set in a peaceful area which feels 'off the beaten track' yet is just over 5 minutes walk to the nearest sandy beach, just a minutes walk from the nearest cove, 2 minutes walk to the nearest shop, and just 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of resort.
Accessibility
This villa is arranged on one level with ramps, extra wide door openings and handrails in the bathrooms, and are therefore suitable for wheelchair users.

Coast/Beach
The sea is only a 1 minute walk away. Calan Bruc diving and sunbathing platforms - 2 mins walk. Calan Blanes Beach is only a 5 - 10 minute walk away. 3 other small beaches within 15 minutes walk and dozens more stunning beaches on the West coast within 30 minutes drive!

Son Parc golf course is approx. 40 kms from the villa.

Nearest airport Mahon is only 45 kms from villa.

Further details
Everything is within walking distance of the villa so while car hire is a lovely way to sightsee and explore the beautiful island it's certainly not essential for where the villa's located. The nearest supermarket (small local one) is just 1 minutes walk away, the bus stop is just over 5 minutes walk away, the nearest beach less than 10 minutes walk and the resort centre just 10 minutes away too.
Booking notes
Please enquire to see if your preferred dates are available, if they are then you can proceed with a booking by holding the villa while you make the deposit payment qhich is apporx 30% of the total. The balance is payable 8 weeks before travel.
