Stunning Cala D'Or marina is 5 minutes walk away as are the 2 local beaches, Cala D'Or (floodlit) tennis club and a bowling alley.

Notes on prices
Prices are per apartment per week in UK Pounds. Long term lets of 3 weeks or more are available for £100 per week from mid October 2007 to mid March 2008. Please ask for details. £75 per week off all Duplex bookings in June and September.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible and can be any day of the week subject to availability of the apartment.

Second bedroom has 3 single beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Bath with shower, WC, wash basin and bidet, additional separate WC, and a SECOND SHOWER ROOM just downstairs from the solarium with its sea views. Impressive fully fitted kitchen including fridge, freezer, hob & oven, & microwave. An extensive range of accessories includes a toaster & electric kettle. Washing machine, ironing board & iron. Two seater settees and 6 seater dining table form the air conditioned living room with a mirrored stairway leading to the bedrooms. Large balcony for dining or just relaxing. UK Satellite TV & radio. Large side patio with built in BBQ which is west facing for romantic sunsets. A roof top solarium with stunning views has 4 loungers for all day sunbathing before cooling off in one of the pools or the new shower room.

One 2 seater & one 3 seater settees and 4 seater dining table form the air conditioned living room opening onto the front patio and garden which is south facing and enjoys sunshine from early morning into the evening. Notes on accommodation
Maid Service is every 7 days, with all linen, towels & beach towels included. A hair dryer is provided. Smoking only allowed in outside areas & no pets please.
Accessibility
The garden apartment is ideally suited for wheelchair & buggy access and would suit all families.
Outside
Extensive garden and pool areas provide an oasis within the community. None of the duplex balconies, patio or solarium are overlooked. There are planted areas on the duplex lounge balcony and side patio. The garden apartment is on the edge of the Community and has probably the best possible access to Cala Egos.
Coast/Beach
The best beach is at Cala Egos, just 5 minutes walk away and has palm trees for shade and a beach bar/restaurant. There is also a beach at Es Forti also 5 minutes walk in the opposite direction.
Golf
The impressive 18 hole Val D'Or golf course is just 10 minutes drive away. Book at www.valldorgolf.com
Travel
Palma airport is 45 minutes drive away, so car hire at the airport is recommended but not essential. Taxi from outside the airport to the apartment is 60 euros & of course car hire is available locally.
Distances
All amenities are on your doorstep. Cala Egos & Cala D'Or centres provide an extensive range of shops & restaurants as well as those at the beaches & marina.
Further details
A large supermarket is available in Cala Egos & one even bigger still in Cala D'Or for all your self-catering needs. Excellent local restaurants serve international cuisine or welcome you just for drinks & tapas. A full range of outdoor persuits, local markets & sightseeing is available in this most beautiful & popular part of Mallorca.
Booking notes
Bookings will be acepted by phone or email and confirmed by receipt of 25% deposit. Balance plus £100 bond due 6 weeks before your departure date. Directions, including a map showing the route from the airport and arrangements for access will be posted to you approximately 2 weeks before the date of your departure. The apartment and location were just what we hoped for, and the complex was really lovely – the children had a fantastic time playing in the children’s pool! Even though the complex is so big, it is so quiet around the pool area – just what we wanted! The resort is totally suitable for family’s with young children. The beach was also a great hit!
