This magnificent villa by the sea is situated at Colonia Sant Pere, with outstanding views of the Bay of Alcudia. Sandy beach is just at 300 metres. The village of Colonia Sant Pere is at the back of Artà, on the way to Alcudia and Pollensa - one of the best preserved areas of Mallorca. Next to the villa there is a sandy beach and marvellous excursions can be made by bicycle into the countryside. The village of Artà was, in the past, the capital of the north of the island and it is today one of the towns of Mallorca with more character. The village of Colonia Sant Pere is peaceful and quiet and has a lovely harbour, and a lovely pedestrian avenue bordering the sea with restaurants, shops and cafes. It is ideal for holidays.

Private swimming pool and barbecue. Lovely proximity to the sea and very peaceful area.
The area is so beatiful that one of the most important contemporary painters , Sr Miquel Barcelo, lives there as he says light is just marvellous in this bay.
