The main house has three bedrooms . The second house has 1 double bedroom and a sofabed, the last bedroom is located in a tower. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The finca is situated in a peaceful location and has some great views over the surrounding fields. The living, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, are very comfortable. The well-cared-for large swimming pool has a special children's part. In the garden you will find lots of fruit trees. The house is located at short distance of various good restaurants, 20-30 minutes from various golf courses and ports. Some of the most beautiful sandy beaches are within a distance of 10 minutes of the house. It’s an excellent choice for a comfortable family holiday and for those who want to forget stress.

There are various beautiful bays and beaches within short distance from the house.
Golf
The golf course of Vall d'Or is only within 20 minutes drive from the villa. It is a nice 18-hole course with all the facilities, including a training school and practising area, set in beautiful surroundings. It also has a great restaurant with breathtaking views! Mallorca has now more than 15 golf courses.
Skiing
Water skiing facilities 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Nearest international airport at 55 kilometres.
Car hire is recommended for exploring this exceptionally beautiful island, full of surprises and with something for everyone. The house is a perfect starting point for many very recommended excursions.
Distances
The house is situated at 5 minutes from the lovely artist town of Santanyi, with several nice restaurants. Santanyi has a nice large market on Wednesday and Saturday.
Further details
There are some good restaurants in Santanyi, Es Cantonet and Sa Gripia in s'Alqueria there is a very good italian restaurant Bacco and a good tapas restaurant, Sa Placa. A bit further away in Calonge, Bona Taula for great steaks and Thai restaurant Zab. Great tapas in Porto Colom at Florian on the harbour front.
Booking notes
We require 30% in advance when confirming the booking, 50% four weeks prior to your arrival date.
A breakage deposit of 500 Euros is payable to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or curtailment of your holiday this may be claimed from your travel insurance.
