A 4 bedroom detached villa situated at Son Parc on the north west of the island. A beautiful pine clad area with the wide shallow beach of Saura. All watersports are available on the beach only 15 mins walk through the pines to the beach from the villa or 4 mins in the car. The golf course surrounds this area and the clubhouse with tennis courts is 5 mins away. Temporary membership available and clubs can be hired. This villa can only be described as modern with leather sofas and all the facilities you could want for a wonderful family holiday. Sleeping up to 8 in 2 double/2 twin bedrooms. En-suite master bedroom. Sitting room, dining room, large kitchen, cooker and dishwasher. The gardens show the house off to its best with glorious colourful flowers and plants all over the garden. A big heated swimming pool leads from the house. The villa is in a quiet location yet only 15 mins walk to numerous bars restaurants and shops.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Long winter lets from £300 per month exc utility bills. Prices are based on 6 sharing. Extra persons charged at £100 per week (babies under 12 months free). Pool heater - £75 per week. Please request this at least 1 week before departure or on booking.
Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday. But can be flexible in early months and September, October, November months.

| Kitchen: | 2007 brand new kitchen with cooker, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. Iron and ironing board. Open arch into living area. |
| Living Rooms: | Lounge contains leather sofas and easy chairs, wood burner, Sky TV, CD HiFi, ceiling fans. Dining area, table and seating for 8. The terrrace area is straight out of the lounge and this gives easy access for eating outside |
| Other: | Outside terrace area has tables and chairs and sunloungers. It can be covered with a canopy for shade and for keeping cool! This terrace overlooks the big pool below which is also terraced and is in the garden area. It has a pool cover when not in use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maids clean prior to arrival and change linen and bath towels in the middle of a 2 week stay (Need to bring your own beach towels). |
Notes on accommodation
Pool heating at an extra of £75 per week. Pool man comes twice a week. Inside the villa is all one level and there are fans in all the bedrooms and sitting room. There are 2 outside showers by pool and back door.
Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchairs or infirm due to steps down to pool and some steps around the entrance to the villa.
Outside
Lovely garden laid to shrubs, cacti and flowers with small raised water feature that attracts the local birds like the Hoopee! Terracing and balustrade overlooking the pool with outside tables chairs sunloungers and canopy. Barbeque.
The villa is not overlooked as the back of the villa is a pine wood and the front drops away down the hill with other villas hidden in the trees. There is a parking area for your car up into the small drive. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac street of other exclusive villas. If you want a walk to the coastal path behind the villa wear good shoes and cut across some shrub area behind the villa you will come across the high cliffs of the sea and views to Arenal de Castell. About 1/4 of a mile.
Coast/Beach
Son Parc beach is wide and so shallow and safe with golden sandunes. Restaurants are close by. The lovely horseshoe bay of Arenal Castell is a short drive away with a lively atmosphere and buzz. The lovely fishing village of Fornells with harbour and restaurants is close by and a great place for an evening meal with boats bobbing in the pretty bay and lights reflecting in the water. There is a sailing club in the Fornells Bay and more restaurants in this area. There are also beautiful coves.
Golf
Son Parc Golf Clubhouse 5 minutes away. 18 hole course.
This had 9 holes and was extended to 18 last year and is establishing itself.
Special interest holidays
Due to this villa being in the quiet wooded area of the island
with hills and valleys birdwatching and enjoying nature is a must!
Travel
Mahon airport 25 mins away.
A car is a must and driving is really no problem once you remember to look left at islands!

Further details
The highest part of Menorca, El Toro is close by with a restaurant and great views of the whole of the island.
Pretty bays are everywhere.
Booking notes
£200 deposit to confirm booking. Balance 8 weeks before departure. £200 security and damage deposit required with final balance which will be returned subject to satisfactory report from my agents.
