This is the ideal family holiday villa to relax and enjoy time with the family. The accommodation is modern; light airy and well equipped to cater for your every need. The front line location of the villa is truly spectacular with sea views of Cala Ratjada. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Font de sa Cala. Font de sa Cala is a small, friendly family resort with a small selection of shops, bars and restaurants. In high season there is a small train which the kids will love, to take you into the near by seaside town of Cala Ratjada. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A security deposit of 100 Euros must be paid upon arival at the villa. This will be refunded in full if the villa and it's contents remain in good condition.
Changeover day
Saturday is the preferred changeover day, however there may be some flexibility regarding this depending upon availabillity.

Towels and linen included in price. Pool cleaning twice a week during high season (included).The property is cleaned at the end of each booking. However additional cleaning can be provided at an additional cost. Fans, cot bed, and highchair also provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The villa has truly panoramic views of the sea and Cala Ratjada. This is a no smoking villa. Guests are permitted to smoke on the terraces and in the garden but not inside the villa. Cot and highchair provided. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Accessibility
The living accommodation and 3 bedrooms are located on the same level. The master bedroom is upstairs. There are very few steps at the villa, so it is quiet suitable for those with limited mobility.
Outside
The property has a private pool and large private sun terraces, which are fully furnished with sun beds. There is a lovely terrace to the side of the property with panoramic views of cala Ratjada and the lighhouse. This is equipped with teak garden furniture for 8 people to relax and enjoy leisurely meals in peace and tranquility.
The pool is cleaned twice a week during peak season, and this is included in the rental price.
Coast/Beach
The villa located directly on a small rocky beach, which is superb for swimming,snorkelling and fishing. However some of the areas finest sandy beaches such as Son Moll and Agulla are within 5 minutes drive on the villa. The beach at Font de Sa Cala is a gently shelving sandy beach which is ideal for families. Here you can spend the day Simply enjoying building a sand castle, or swimming in the warm shallow water with your family. All the beaches have life guards, and a safe to swim flag system.
Golf
North East Majorca is renowned for its fine golf courses. This villa is within 15 minutes drive of 4 world class golf courses, located at Los Pinos, Capdepera, and Canyamel. As the villa sleeps up to 8 people, it is ideal for groups of friends seeking good quality accommodation close to good shops, bars and restaurants
Special interest holidays
This is an area of outstanding natural beauty, and as such is popular with cyclists, nature lovers, and walkers. The area has much to enjoy in low season, such as the almond blossom in spring, and the spectacular site of oranges and lemons growing on the trees during February and March. The near by caves of Arta are well worth a visit, as is the traditional local market in Cala Ratjada, which is held every Saturday morning. Here you can by fresh produce and local produce such as leather, olive wood products and lace.
Travel
The villa is one hours drive from Palma International Aiport. This is a very modern airport, with good road links to this area, ensuring a quick and easy drive to the villa. We recommend hiring a car for collection from the airport. We can give advice on quality cost effective car hire if required. Taxis are also readily available at the airport.
Distances
The nearest major towns are Cala Ratjada and Capdepera both of which are within 5 minutes drive of the villa. The nearest Major city is Manacor, home of the famous Mallorcan Pearls! This is half an hours drive. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk.
Further details
Font de Sa Cala is a quiet pretty, family resort with a small selection of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes. It also provides bike and car hire, a medical centre, laundry, Scuba diving centre, and cash machine. Cala Ratjada is a larger resort, with a spectacular harbour, and a traditional market every Saturday morning.

A 50% deposit is required on booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
