In a little valley, accessed by a private road, you will find C'an Baixo, a traditional stone farmhouse, standing in 5 acres surrounded by fruit trees, terraces and hillsides and with fabulous views. Here you will find peace and tranquility but not total isolation. The studio and annexe have complete privacy as they occupy one complete side of the house and have their own drive, car parking, entrance and terrace. The pool (not that we use it very much) is shared with us during the few weeks a year that we manage a vacation.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Please note, in High Season, Saturday to Saturday bookings only. During August, bookings only taken for Studio with the Annexe.
Changeover day
Saturday during high season but may be flexible for other months. Check in time is after 3.00pm, check out 10.00am.
Notes on accommodation
Although in total the accommodation has 3 double bedrooms, we prefer a maximum of 4 people. There is a wood burning stove in the living room and fans available in the summer. There is a TV with video/DVD player, a large selection of tapes but bring your own DVDs. There is also a radio/CD/cassette player. Other extras include a cool box/ice packs/picnic set, beach mats, a Scrabble Board, playing cards and jigsaws. We provide an iron but no hairdryer. Travel cot and highchair are available. Please note that due to the number of open terraces on the property it is not really suitable for small children or the infirm. All linens, plus a small, medium and large towel plus a beach towel per person provided. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Outside
A terrace with BBQ and table and chairs for 4 people. Swimming pool 20ft (max) x 15ft (max) wide. Depth ranges from 2ft to 5ft 6". Operational 1st April to 31st October.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 2km (5 minutes) drive away.
Travel
Palma Airport is 30km (30 minutes) away.
Car hire is necessary. The roads are quite narrow so we recommend nothing too large. Our local representative meets our guests in Soller and shows them to the house.
Further details
There are many walks in the area including an easy 30 minute walk from the house over the wooded hillside to Port Soller, where the tram can take you into the lovely market town of Soller or drop you nearer the house! Professional walking guides can be arranged by our representative in Soller. Other activities available in Port Soller are tennis, sailing, kayaking and wind surfing. The very pretty village of Fornalutx is also only 5 minutes drive away.
