Large French windows lead onto the main furnished terrace with the essential BBQ and table tennis table (just for fun) and steps leading down to the swimming pool terrace with sun loungers and the fourth bedroom. For golfers, there are numerous top-class, challenging courses within 15/20 minutes drive of the villa. Golf de Andraitx is the closest and is only 5 minutes away and offers a driving range and practice area along with a stunningly beautiful course with views over the mountains and sea.

Changeover day
We do not have preferred changeover days however we do ask you to leave the villa by 10 am on the morning of departure and can gain access after 4 pm on the day of arrival.

Outside
There are numerous terraces for outdoor living. A small roof terrace, over the garage, with sun loungers. First floor terrace outside the master bedroom. Main terrace, which is partly covered and accessed from the main lounge and dining/kitchen area, furnished with dining table and chairs wicker sofa and chairs. Pool terrace again with table and chairs and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. There is a fishing fleet based in the harbour plus a fine marina. A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will marvel at the wonders of the sea. The sea is exceptionally clean and clear, giving long distances of vision. The mountains offers great walks for the hikes.
Golf
For golfers, there are numerous top-class, challenging courses within 15/20 minutes drive of the villa. Golf de Andraitx is the closest and is only 5 minutes away and offers a driving range and practice area along with a stunningly beautiful course with views over the mountains and sea, Santa Ponca GC, Poniente GC, Bendinat GC, Son Vida GC, Son Muntaner GC and Son Termans are all easily accessible. Reserved tee times can be arranged for you. Other courses a little further away, but still with 45 minutes/1 hour, are the challenging Pula GC (home of the 2004, 2005 European Golf Tour – Mallorca Open), Son Servera, Vall d'Or Pollenca, Capdepera and Son Anten. Mallorca is in the process of developing a further 8 courses on the island capitalizing on the wonderful climate, September through to the end of June are lovely months for golfers, July and August is probably a little too warm for most.
Distances
10 minutes walk to Port D'Andratx, 5 minutes drive to Camp de Mar, 10 minutes drive to St Elm, 15 minutes drive to Santa Ponsa, 20 minutes drive to Portal Portals, 30 minutes drive to Palma.
Booking notes
All prices are based on 8 people sharing. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking, the balance and security deposit (£500 per holiday) is required 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. For holidays of 14 nights there will be a maid service to change bed linen and towels - clean bathrooms and kitchen. If you require further servicing of the villa then this can easily be arranged at the time of booking and paid for in advance.
