Villa Felita is a two story villa with private pool, renewed on May 2009 with high quality antique woodwork. Comprising five bedrooms sleeping nine people, lounge, hallway separate kitchen situated in a quite residential area of Cala Galdana and easy acces to the beach and resort center, with own parking .Distance to the beach and center resort (walking by the street is about 1 km)
The property has the main (bottom) floor with two double bedrooms,and one twin bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 shower/room, kitchen, diningroom,living area. On first floor (it is like an independent apartment) : one doble bedroom , one samll single bedroom , living area, and 1 bathroom,
On the main floor you have : fully equipped kitchen (microwaves,electrical hob and oven, dish-washer, kettle, toaster,....); washing machine and iron;
Exterior: own pool terraced area, garden , patio with BBQ,
Living area : 2 sofas, TV LCD, HiFi, DVD, Satellite (BBC & ITV),

The main floor is accesible, there ia a shower room for easy acces (no special adapted for wheelchair user).

Cala Galdana beach (200 meters) is the queen of Menorca, very big and nice cove, glorious horseshoe bay of Cala Galdana with its white sandy beach. Take an easier walk along tree lined avenues.
