Although not far from these fabulous towns it also enjoys a tranquil setting only 150m to the nearest sandy cove of Cala Vinyes. The grounds of this small complex are beautifully landscaped with 50m swimming pool with an area for young children. There is private parking for with remote control security gates. A regular bus route runs frequently to each resort including the capital "Palma".

Coast/Beach
150m to Cala Vinyes beach a stunning sheltered sandy cove for that quiet lazy afternoon snooze. 10 mins by car/bus to Palma Nova Beach with lot of fabulous restaurants, watersports and shops. Santa Ponsa beach 15 mins by car/bus to sunbathe, pedalo, waterski or take a boat trip.

Golf
There are several golf courses. Poniente being the closest then Santa Ponsa being approx 10mins by car. 20 mins being Bendinat.

Travel
20 mins transfer time by car from Palma Airport and the same from main Palma port. Car hire is not essential as there is a regular bus services and taxis are normally readily available. However for some car rental would be recommended.

Further details
There is a local "Spar" grocery shop for everyday shopping 100m walk from the complex. The are two local hotels a "Barcelo" and "The Ritz" both only 150m walk. Banks, larger supermarkets can be found 10mins by drive/bus.
A full "Welcome Book" will be available in the villa to give you extended information, help and advice to enhance your holiday.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% of total booking is required to confirm your dates. The balance of 75% is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday all by bank transfer or cheque. A further deposit of £150 is also payable to cover any possible damage/breakages to the property, this shall be returned after property inspection by your representative.
