Outside
The property has a large and pretty garden with built-in stone BBQ and large private pool measuring 13 x 4m with a depth of 0.1 to 1.8m allowing you to step into the pool at the shallow end. Sun loungers are provided as well as patio table and chairs. As a working farm is located nearby, tractors may very seldomly be heard passing by and there may be animals in some of the adjoining fields at certain times of the year.
Coast/Beach
A 15 to 20 minute drive to the beautiful beach of Son Bou, Menorcas longest beach which has many facilities including beach bars, restaurants plus many watersport facilities and childrens activities. Also a 20 minute drive to the pretty horsheshoe shaped sandy bay of Arenal den Castell, which due to it's very gentel decline is safe for small children.
Travel
Mahon Airport - 10 minute drive.
Distances
Capital town of Mahon and the famous Port of Mahon are a 10 minute drive. The town of Alaior is a 5 minute drive, the third largest town, it is central for easy access to all parts of the island.
