Situated in the beautiful + peaceful San Augustin area of Ibiza. Minutes walk to beach/bars/shops/restaurants + only a short car ride from some of the best beaches/sunsets/restaurants on the Island. Only minutes drive to Ibiza town, the Airport and San Jose. This beautiful house boasts first class infrastructure… No plugging in the hairdryer and tripping the fuseboard here! The fabulous pool features underwater speakers of course! The stunning pool terrace also boasts a fabulous outdoor, fully fitted kitchen/dining/BBQ area/circular dining table with seating for 12. A wonderful play area for adults + children alike! Designed + managed for hassle free fun in the sun!

The villa is all on one level. There are two wheelchair ramp accesses to the entrance. Child friendly.
Coast/Beach
Approx. 5 mins walk to a lovely sandy beach. The Islands most beautiful beaches and sunsets are within 5-10 mins drive away.

Ibiza (Eivissa) Airport.
We can arrange airport pickup by limousine/people carrier/car hire.
Distances
Approx. 5 mins walk to the beach, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, but perfectly private and peaceful. Centrally located, 15 minutes Ibiza, 10 minutes San Antonio, 5 minutes Sant Josep, 10-15 minutes airport and ferries.

The island offers many other activities, such as, cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing, wind-surfing, fun and larks, relaxing, partying or whatever your heart desires!

We were delighted with the villa, it exceeded our expectations, and the website undersells it. The property suited our needs perfectly, 12 of us, 3 generations of the same family. Because of the ideal layout we all could have our own space and privacy if we wanted. The indoor Kitchen, so well equipped, was perfect. The spotlessly clean pool furniture and pool itself were most impressive. This is no ordinary villa with and everything in it of the highest quality.
Our family recently stayed in your villa “Casa Vela” and would like to extend our thanks to your team in Ibiza for making our stay so special.
The children adored the pool and was such help to have the kids playground situated so you could see them safely playing whilst having a relaxing swim – great idea!
The lovely grounds, ping-pong table and DVD’s made for very happy parents.
