Outside
Gardens, swimming pool overlooking the sea with sunbathing terrace, sun loungers and showers, path leading to beautiful sandy beach.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is over looking Esmeralda beach, a pretty little cove, and has a short path leading on to the sand. Cala Gran beach 5 mins walk. Cala D,Or beach 7 mins walk. Cala Mondrago beach beautiful beach set in nature reserve 10 mins drive.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Val D'or which is a 15 mins drive from the apartment. The course has 18 holes, there is a driving range and clubhouse including bar and restaurant which are excellent. It is possible to hire clubs, buggies and trolleys.
Travel
Palma airport is a 45 mins drive from the apartment. There are many car hire firms at the airport or in Cala D'or. The cost of a taxi to the apartment will be around 50 euros, because of the location of the apartment a car is not essential.
Distances
Caves of Drach at Porto Cristo approx 10 miles. Cala Figuera - small pretty fishing village 8 miles. Porto Petro a beautiful natural harbour 2 miles. Porto Colum traditional harbour town 3 miles.

The apartment is only a few mins walk from many bars, shops and restaurants, there is a large supermarket and petrol station a few minutes drive away, the town centre offers a good selection of boutiques, hair salons, a tourist office, the Marina is only a 15 mins walk, where you can dine or sip a cocktail al fresco overlooking the beautiful luxury yachts

To secure a booking a 25% deposit will be required. Upon receipt of this you will be sent a Booking confirmation detailing your booking, payments received, the date the balance will be due, a map contact number and key arrangements. Please note. Due to the demand for this apartment bookings will be taken from Saturday to Saturday, during the busy summer months.
