A superb quality villa that would be a fantastic holiday base for a large family, or 2 families sharing together. It is just 5 minutes walk from the pretty beach and cove of Cala Canutells that is ideal for young families. There is a regular bus service, car hire, a supermarket, souvenir shop and a beach bar restaurant.

Beds are changed once a week, all linen is provided, just bring beach towels. Travel cot hire is available at a minimal charge. |
Notes on accommodation
This is a newly built quality villa constructed to the highest standard - it is modern, stylish and comfortable. This year we have added central heating for the winter months, and an outside shower room with all facilities accessed from the patio. A welcome grocery pack will be there on arrival. Sorry, no pets.

Outside
The villa is set in 1,000m2 of land. There is a good size swimming pool with roman steps, ample sun terraces and excellent views. There is a barbecue, pagoda, reclining sunbeds, table and chairs for outside dining alfresco style. There is also good outside lighting and a grass area for young children to play on. The garden is managed by an automatic irrigation system.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to Cala Canutells Cove.
Travel
Mahon airport is 15 minutes by car or taxi. Car hire is not essential but we would recommend it to enable you to explore the wonderful island and many beaches. We can arrange car hire for you if you require it, at a very competitive rate.
Further details
The charming town of Sant Climent is just a 6 minutes drive away and there you will find all the local shops that one would need, including bars and restaurants and live jazz playing throughout the summer months. The capital Mahon is a 20 minutes drive away with its array of restaurants and bars overlooking the harbour.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance plus £200.00 breakage/damage deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
