A 3 bedroom property in Calan Porter offering the holidaymaker a relaxing and peaceful break, this villa offers 2 bathrooms, one shower the other with full bath plus a lounge area with leather sofas along with TV & DVD. The patio doors from the lounge lead out to the pool and small covered tiled patio area for shaded siestas. Our roof terrace offers fantastic sea views across to Majorca and again an ideal area to sunbathe in private. This property also has a small kitchen area with microwave, fridge/freezer, cooker and outside there is a utility area with washing machine. This property is ideal for families and can sleep six but as the back facing bedrooms are large we can offer the facility of extra 'put-u-up beds' at a small cost ideally for children. The resort of Calan Porter is very family orientated and offers families of all ages plenty to see and do. Kindly note this is an older style property with character which is reflected in the prices.

Baby cots and extra zed beds are charged at £30 per weekly rental. Kindly note this property is suitable for families and couples who like daytime peace but are only 10 minutes away for the bars, restaurants and evening activities. Please note this is an older style villa property that has character and as such the price reflects the description.
Outside
This property offers its own private pool and is very secluded and the small patio pool area offers sun loungers and a table and chairs for taking outside lunches.
Coast/Beach
Calan Porter - safe cove bay beach 10 mins by car. Son Bou - family beach fantastic 20 mins by car. Cala Galdana - rocky cove bay 40 mins by car. Salgar - water sports activities 40 mins by car.
Golf
Son Parc Golf Course is 30 mins drive away at present is offering 15 hole course but once finished after 2006 this will have 18 holes.
Travel
Menorca airport is called Mahon and is situated only 15 mins drive from the resort of Calan Porter. Car Hire is recommended on Menorca and we can supply special rates with 10% discount for all villa rentals. These companies meet and greet at the airport on arrival.
Distances
Mahon - Islands capital 20 mins by car. Alaior - great restaurants and shopping 15 mins by car. San Clemente – shopping and bars 15 mins by car. Cuitadella - Old Capital with port and shops 45 mins by car.

Booking notes
To secure your villa holiday all we require is 20% Non Refundable deposit at time of reservation and the Full Balance is due just 6 weeks prior to arrival. Kindly note only sterling cheques can be accepted.
