The apartment is one of the top 2 of a 4 apartment complex sharing a good size pool and surrounding grounds. After purchasing the property from the builder we have decorated and equipped the apartment with high quality, modern and attractive options. Privacy is assured with 180 degree views of open rural land. You will not be overlooked. This is a wonderful holiday location for privacy and yet with access to all amenities.

Changeover day
We are flexible on changeover days but arrival should not be before 2pm and departure must be before 10 am.

Accommodation
Bedrooms: Master Bedroom is a large double with en-suite bathroom.
Second Bedroom has twin beds.
Bathrooms: En-suite to Master Bedroom with bath/shower, basin and wc.
Second Bathroom with shower, basin and wc.
Kitchen: Kitchen is fully fitted with plenty of storage over and under marble work surfaces. Appliances include oven and hob, 3/4 fridge freezer, washing machine, all new.
Living Rooms: The spacious living and dining room has large aspect double glazed patio doors that open out on to the large balcony. The room is fitted with UK TV, Sony DVD player and widescreen TV.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen will be provided. The property will be cleaned and checked in advance of your arrival. The towels and linen are changed weekly but additional changes can be arranged at a little additional cost.

Notes on accommodation
Heat and Cool air conditioning is provided for the living room and both bedrooms all individually controlled with remote handsets. The apartment is highly suitable for children with control over roaming areas easily controlled. Please note that we would ask you to refrain from smoking within the apartment.

Outside
There is a full length patio along the front of the apartment with a retractable awning. This space has a garden furniture set for your comfort. The pool is shared between only the 4 apartments, it is roughly 5 x 3 meters and is deep at one end. The pool area is mostly tiled with 2 showers. Sun loungers can be provided.

Coast/Beach
The beach is a 2 minute walk, this is a lovely crescent beach within a protected bay, there are many facilities offered directly from the beach. There are several other beaches nearby.

Golf
The Son Parc Golf Course is a 10 minute drive. This course is currently being extended to provide an outstanding full 18 hole facility.

Travel
Mahon 20 mins. Mahon Airport 25 mins. Car hire is recommended to explore the island although this is not essential with the location of the apartment being central to many facilities.

At the time of booking 20% deposit is required. The balance is due one month prior to the commencement of your holiday. In the event of holiday cancellation by the party within 2 months of the stated departure no monies (paid to date) will be refunded.
